a. The LSCE team will present the information shared during the February 13 Groundwater Commission study session and key takeaways from the discussion.
b. As part of developing a well mitigation program, the Board will need to establish program eligibility criteria and terms and conditions. The resolution submitted to DWR should contain the eligibility criteria the Board may consider including in the mitigation program.

• Property eligibility

• Preliminary inspection process
• Preferred contractors

c. Following direction from the Board, staff will work with County Counsel to develop a Resolution to be presented to the Board in March.
