The applicant is proposing to split and existing 7.40 acre parcel into three (3) separate parcels. Lot 1 will be approximately 2.06 acres, Lot 2 will be approximately 2.83 acres, and Lot 3 will be approximately 2.51 acres. The project is located in the R1-A-B:86 zoning district which requires a minimum of 2 acres. All divided parcels meet the minimum lot size. The General Plan Designation is Rural Small Lot. The applicant currently does not have any intention in developing the parcels.
