a. The LSCE team will present the information shared during the February 13 Groundwater Commission study session and key takeaways from the discussion.
b. Staff recommends implementation of a zoned-based management system in order to prioritize those actions in areas that have declining levels and undesirable conditions.
c. Following direction from the Board, staff will work with County Counsel to develop a resolution to be presented to the Board in March.
