Thus far, outreach for the Tehama County Recycling Market Development Zone (TCRMDZ) for FY 2023/24 has included the following:
• The remaining funds available in the Zone Incentive Funds 3 (ZIF 3) were expended to pay for annual maintenance of the TCRMDZ website.
• ZIF 4 funds have been used to advertise the zone in the Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber of Commerce Directory, the North State Parent Magazine, and the Motor Vehicle Network’s DMV advertising platform.
• ZIF 4 funds have also been used to sponsor the Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber of Commerce B.E.A.M Business Expo and to work with the Copy Center to redesign the outreach materials for B.E.A.M and other events to promote the TCRMDZ. Newly redesigned outreach materials will be shared at the meeting.
• Agency staff attended the Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber of Commerce B.E.A.M event on February 22, 2024. Staff spoke to over 30 attendees and had several interested individuals take brochures. Additionally, contact was made with Sunrise Rotary to schedule a presentation of the TCRMDZ at an upcoming Sunrise Rotary meeting.
