Pursuant to the revised resolution establishing the method of selection for the public member at-large, applications for the public member at-large position were advertised in the Red Bluff Daily News on October 27, 2023, November 3, 2023 and November 10, 2023, with a term through December 31, 2025. The deadline to submit an application was November 30, 2023. One application was received from Lewis “Lew” Beitz. Mr. Beitz has served as the public member at-large since October of 2019. Additionally, he has served on various community committees, and managed projects in previous jobs and within the community of Rancho Tehama.
