On February 26, 2024 the Board of Directors directed staff to develop a resolution committing to dry well mitigation program as part of the GSP determination response. The draft resolution presented today has been developed based on discussions during consultation calls with DWR, review of resolutions and agreements accepted by DWR in other amended GSPs, and input from Groundwater Commissioner members and Board members.
The resolution for the Corning Subbasin will be similar to the Red Bluff, Antelope, and Los Molinos Subbasins and reviewed by both the TCFCWCD and the Corning Sub-basin GSA.
