On March 1, 2024, the Tehama County Department of Environmental Health performed their annual Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) inspection of the Tehama County/Red Bluff Landfill Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility. Attached to this item is the violation issued to the Agency as a result of the inspection and the Agency Manager’s response to the Director of Environmental Health regarding the violation.
