The applicant is requesting a Use Permit at 26855 Foothill Road, Los Molinos to establish a new office/field station up to 2,500 square feet in size in the same location as the recently demolished converted farmhouse on a 213 acre parcel (APN: 049-200-007) in an AG-1, Agricultural/Upland District , see Attachment A-Vicinity Map. The office/field station is proposed to be used as office space for The Nature Conservancy staff managing public access programs on the preserve, meeting place for small groups visiting the Preserve (typically 2-20 people), and as overnight accommodation for visitors such as researchers, volunteers, and visiting The Nature Conservancy staff and donors. The new office/field station includes a training room, small kitchenette, office and entry.
