On October 26, 2023 DWR issued a letter indicating DWR determined the Red Bluff Subbasin GSP "incomplete" and gave the GSA 180 days to address the deficiencies and submit the revised GSP no later than April 23, 2024.
The consultant team led by Luhdorff & Scalmanini Consulting Engineers (LSCE) will give a presentation on key revisions to the Red Bluff Subbasin GSP.
Pursuant to Water Code section 10728.4, a notice was sent to cities and counties within the area of the proposed GSP. There were no requests for consultation meetings.
