On October 26, 2023 DWR issued a letter indicating DWR determined the Corning
Subbasin GSP "incomplete" and gave the GSA 180 days to address the deficiencies and submit the revised GSP no later than April 23, 2024.
The consultant team led by Luhdorff & Scalmanini Consulting Engineers (LSCE) will give a presentation on key revisions to the Corning Subbasin GSP.
The Corning Sub-basin GSA public hearing will be held on April 11, 2024; staff will provide a verbal update from that meeting.
Pursuant to Water Code section 10728.4, a notice was sent to cities and counties within the area of the proposed GSP. There were no requests for consultation meetings.
