The Board of Directors adopted two resolutions committing to developing Well Mitigation Programs as part of the GSP determination response. As part of this resolution, staff anticipates a working group being formed at the May Board of Directors meeting.
Staff is requesting three (3) Commissioners be appointed to this working group.
