The applicant is proposing to divide an existing 10.00 acre parcel into two (2) separate parcels. Parcel A will be approximately 5.0 acres and has an existing residence, well, septic, and three out buildings. Parcel B will be approximately 5.0 acres. The project is located in the AG-3 (Agricultural/El Camino District) zoning which requires a minimum parcel of 5 acres. All divided parcels meet the minimum lot size.
