This MOU is part of a "Peer Mentor" agreement (attached) between Best Friends Animal Society and TC Animal Services which was approved in January of 2023. This MOU is a one-time grant payment in the amount of $6,500 for Animal Services to provide staffing, micro-chips and vaccines for a public clinic in Colusa County.
