Assessments for the fiscal year 2024-2025 are $15,643.60. Estimated expenditures for an anticipated seven-year cycle Slurry Seal Road maintenance application will total $72,072.00 and scheduled for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. Additional administration charges will be included in the amount of $911.25.
Background Information:
The proposed assessment amount is a 1.50% increase over the prior year. An internal audit of the account resulted in a credit due to each parcel in the amount of $41.72 totaling $2294.60. The Board could choose not to approve the request, in which case, the Bywood Drive PRD will not have the authority to place assessments on the tax roll or to pay administrative and management charges incurred for assessment management, the maintenance of records and inspections.
