Agree. #2024-349) for the position of Public Guardian / Public Administrator, thereby extending the employment contract until 11/15/25, or until consolidation with another County department, whichever occurs first

Background Information:
The Amendment is necessary to extend the Employment Agreement with Melani Kain, Public Guardian / Public Administrator to November 15, 2025, or until consolidation with another County department, whichever occurs first.
The current salary rates and all other terms and conditions will remain unchanged through the end of the extended term.
