Background Information:
On 8/1/2023, the Board of Supervisors approved $375,000 from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, at the recommendation of the ARPA Ad Hoc, for the implementation of an economic development program. The Ad Hoc further recommended, and the Board directed, to revisit the program after years one and two of the program, to consider additional allocations of $75,000 in each of the two years from Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund (LATCF), provided a greater need does not arise for the funds
