There are no increased costs associated with this action.
Background Information:
The Board of Supervisors has directed staff to extend expiring department head employment agreements by ninety (90) days to provide time to return to and reinforce the department head evaluation process.
The attached amendment will extend the Employment Agreement with James Simon to January 8, 2025.The current salary rates and all other terms and conditions will remain unchanged through the end of the extended term.
