The lease will be paid for from the AB109 realignment funds in the Auto Shop Rent/Lease of Building account (2028-53260).
Background Information:
This agreement has been in good standing for 10+ years and is for the lease of a 4,000 square foot building, with parking immediately surrounding the shop building and the office on the south side of the parking lot located at 774 Antelope Blvd., Red Bluff, CA. The building is currently being used for the Sheriff’s Vehicle Maintenance Facility (AB109 Program) and has been since 2013. The current lease agreement #2021-246 is due to expire on 10/1/24 at 12:00am.
