Financial Impact:
Funds have been budgeted for Fiscal Year 2024/25 in Road Accounts 3011-53110 and 53140. There will be no impact on the General Fund.
Background Information:
Aramark Uniform has changed their name to Vestis Group, Inc. The vendor has been supplying Public Works with supplies and apparel for a very long time. The current agreement expires December 31, 2024; however, the dollar amount allocated for this agreement did not factor in sufficient funding for additional delivered product such as soaps, changing shop towel types, etc., therefore it is necessary to increase the agreement total by $8,500, not to exceed $38,500, with no change in expiration date.
