Financial Impact:
The funding source for the agreement has been budgeted for FY 24/25 in the Jail Health Budget 20321-532396.
Background Information:
The Board of Supervisors approved Amendment #1 on 7/16/24 to extend the existing Agreement Number #2023-302 to 7/1/24 through 6/30/25. Amendment #1 did not include the maximum compensation increase for the contract extension. Amendment #2 is to increase the maximum compensation payable for the extended agreement period from Amendment #1. Dr. Clark has been providing dental/medical care to inmates of the Tehama County Jail for more than 20 years.
