Background Information:
Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) Administrative Modification - Justification and Scope
The 2024 update to the Tehama County Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) was adopted at the Transportation Commission meeting on December 2nd, 2024. Following adoption of the RTP, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) provided TCTC staff with suggested revisions to the RTP on December 19, 2024. The suggested revisions included:
• Minor modifications to certain language and figures for increased legibility.
• Minor suggestions to enhance the alignment of the RTP with Caltrans policies.
• Suggestions to include additional data, if available.
TCTC staff incorporated all feasible suggested revisions into the Amended RTP. Staff recommend the Commission adopt the February 2025 Administrative Modifications to the RTP.
