Agree. #247-2012) for the purpose of adding six (6) Sunoh.ai license subscriptions to the existing Agreement at the annual cost of $149.00 per month, per user, thereby changing the annual compensation not to exceed to $147,107

Financial Impact:
This Amendment will change the annual compensation by $10,728, bringing the new total annual compensation to $147,107. Funds are budgeted in the FY 2026-27 budget.
Background Information:
The vendor eClinicalWorks (eCW) is the company that provides the Health Services Agency Clinic's electronic medical record and billing software. In recent years, Health Services has also been utilizing the eCW Dragon One Transcription software, but as of 12/31/26, this software will no longer be available.
The addition of the Sunoh.ai will replace the Dragon Medical One transcription software. Sunoh.ai uses ambient listening during patient visits and generates a draft of the conversation between the provider and the patient. The provider will review and correct all the details of the conversation for completeness and accuracy. This software will allow the Clinic's medical providers to save time and maintain accuracy in patient records.
Ambient listening technology refers to advanced voice recognition systems that operate in the background to listen to and interpret conversations without interrupting the flow of communication. This technology is designed to automatically generate structured notes from discussions, particularly in clinical settings, allowing healthcare providers to focus more on patient care rather than administrative tasks.
Sunoh.ai is based within the United States, and there is no Protected Health Information stored or transmitted outside of the eCW health record. All applicable privacy laws, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), are adhered to and there is no selling or sharing of data outside of what is legally permissible.
