Background Information:
The Board of Directors adopted a Board policy to govern its conduct and meeting process in April 2023 and revised it in June 2023. Recent changes to the Brown Act requiring remotes access have created a need to address disruptions of those remote meetings. Revisions to the Board policy under Section H.9 describes how those disruptions will be handled.
