Financial Impact:
This is a payable agreement with a maximum compensation amount of $73,275. Costs for services will be paid for using Future of Public Health funds to support accreditation activities and Public Health infrastructure development. There is no impact on the General Fund.
Background Information:
Tehama County Health Services Agency (TCHSA) Public Health Division is looking to develop a strategic plan to provide a clear roadmap for achieving its mission to protect and improve community health. 34 Strong, Inc. will consult with Public Health staff and key stakeholders to create a strategic plan for the Public Health division, that will help prioritize resources, align efforts with community needs, and set measurable goals. The plan will also enhance organizational efficiency by guiding decision-making and resource allocation, ensuring that TCHSA can respond effectively to public health challenges.
