a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Chairperson and Sheriff to sign the Agreement with Cardan Aircraft Services, Inc. for the lease of an aircraft hangar unit for a monthly sum of $750 and shall increase 3% annually each January 1st for the three-year term, effective retroactively 9/1/23 and shall terminate on 10/1/26

Financial Impact:
Funding will not impact the FY General Fund budget and will be supported with federal asset forfeiture funding, AB443 funds, and grant funding.
Background Information:
Cardan Aircraft Services, located at the Red Bluff Airport, is providing hangar space that will appropriately house the Sheriff's helicopter N911NN.
