Background Information:
Partnership HealthPlan of California (MCP) is a Medi-Cal Managed Care plan that contracts with the state to provide Medi-Cal benefits to multiple Northern California counties. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish framework for mutual cooperation, coordination and communication between MCP and TCHSA in preparation for and response to declared or undeclared emergencies, disasters, or public health crises.
