a) AGREEMENT- Request approval and authorization for the Agricultural Commissioner to sign Cooperative Agreement No. 26-0186-000-SA with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for the provision of the Nursery Stock Inspection Program in the amount not to exceed $3,833, effective 7/1/26 and shall terminate 6/30/27

Financial Impact:
The funds to be received have been identified as revenue in the Department’s FY 2026/2027 budget.
Background Information:
The Department has historically entered into agreements with the California Department of Agriculture to perform these services. Without an approval Agreement, the Department will not be eligible to receive payment for performing nursery stock inspection activities.
