This is a new Agreement. The partnership between the Shasta-Tehama-Trinity Joint Community College District (operating through Shasta College) and CalWORKs is designed to help local parents receiving public assistance transition from welfare to long-term economic self-sufficiency through higher education and career training. CalWORKs has been collaborating with Shasta-Tehama-Trinity Joint Community College District (Shasta College) since1998.
