Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
On January 1, 2024, Tehama County became part of the Partnership HealthPlan network for our Medi-Cal Managed Care population, and in May of 2025, the Medical Clinic began offering chiropractor services to members. It was brought to TCHSA’s attention that chiropractor services were not included under specialty services in the existing agreement with PHP. This amendment will correct that.
