This is a receivable for the department in amount of $100,000.
Background Information:
On December 9, 2025, the Board of Supervisors approved the submission of the Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHP) CHA/CHIP Planning Grant application, and now the Department is bringing the grant agreement to the Board for subsequent approval.
The purpose of this grant is to support counties served by PHP in their ongoing assessment of public health needs, and the development of plans to address the needs of their counties. Funds received from this grant will be used exclusively for activities directly related to the development and/or tracking of a CHA and/or CHIP.
