Financial Impact:
There will be no financial impact to the General Fund, as all services provided by His Ideas, Inc. will be funded by the California Youth Opioid Response (YOR) grant.
Background Information:
Tehama County Probation and His Ideas, Inc. would like to collaborate with a shared goal of improving the health, safety and successful reentry of youth in custody and in the community. The YOR grant was created to enhance access to prevention, treatment, and recovery services for youth aged 12-24. The grant also provides treatment services and expanded access for youth with opioid use disorder and those at risk of misusing substances.
