Clark, DDS, for the purpose of providing dental services to youth in custody of the Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility, with a maximum amount not to exceed $25,000, effective 7/1/26 and terminating 6/30/27

Financial Impact:
There is no additional financial impact to the General Fund. Costs incurred as a result of services provided by this Agreement are budgeted in FY 26/27 budget unit 2036-53230 (Professional Services).
Background Information:
Dr. Clark has been providing care to youth in custody of the Tehama County Juvenile Detention Facility for over a decade. Renewing our partnership with Dr. Clark is essential to maintaining quality care and supporting the overall well-being of the youths detained at our facility. There is a deviation in the insurance requirements presented in Exhibit “A”. The deviation follows the previously Board approved agreement 2025-251.
