The request for transfer for $56,153 - Kambrian Quality IT Innovation is for a secure password management solution for 500 users. The total cost is just under the budgeted amount of $56,153.

This solution will improve our security posture by protecting sensitive data and simplifying password policies across departments. It will also reduce password fatigue and provide audit and compliance capabilities. By prepaying for three years upfront, we can secure a 50% discount.

The request for transfer for $1,225 - Pacific Cost is for the first phase of assessing the audio system in the Tuscan Room, which involves labor costs for our audio-visual vendor to diagnose the issue. This assessment is expected to be under the budgeted amount of $2,000. Once the assessment is complete, we anticipate a follow-up estimate to resolve the problem, which may require additional labor and expenses.
