Financial Impact:
The anticipated costs for this project are covered by a Community Development Block Grant and will be fully reimbursed. Adjustments to the budget will be made prior to project award.
Background Information:
The project includes rehabilitation, repair, and restriping of the entire existing parking lot, along with needed ADA upgrades, at the Tehama County Walnut Street Complex.
This project has been in process for several years as a planned maintenance item. In February, Administration staff brought this grant application to the Board for authorization, and after award notification, steps have now been completed to move to bid.
