Background Information:

This is a new Agreement. The Tehama County Library Work Experience Site is a structured program for CalWORKs participants that offers a supportive environment to develop practical job skills and establish a reliable work history. Through a combination of hands-on work assignments and targeted training, participants strengthen essential workplace competencies such as communication, time management, and professional expectations. The program is designed to enhance employability, support the transition to unsubsidized employment, and promote long-term financial independence and self-sufficiency.
