Financial Impact:
The funding source for the Agreement has been budgeted for FY 25-26 in the Jail Health Budget 20321-532396.
Background Information:
Dr. Clark has provided dental services to inmates at the Tehama County Jail for more than 20 years. The not-to-exceed amount of the FY 2025-26 Agreement was exceeded due to the volume of dental services provided during June 2026. Approval of this Amendment will increase the Agreement’s not-to-exceed amount to allow the County to pay outstanding invoices for services rendered during the final month of the original Agreement term for FY 25-26.
