Financial Impact:
This will be a receivable to the Department in the amount not to exceed $50,000.
Background Information:
The E-RIQ program is intended to support locally driven strategies that improve preventative care engagement, member experience, and health outcomes within the ten (10) newest counties of the Partnership HealthPlan of CA footprint.
Program objectives include:
• Strengthen collaboration between counties, providers, and community partners.
• Improve preventative care engagement.
• Support member experience and community health outcomes.
• Encourage sustainable operational and community-based improvements.
• Provide flexible funding for locally tailored solutions.
