Financial Impact:
There is no additional impact to the General Fund as the budget appropriation has been included in the submitted Budget for FY 2026/2027
Background Information:
The Probation Department's contract with Automon, LLC began in 2003, covering the management of the computer-based operating system. Since 2003, Probation has utilized Automon, now called Catalis, for Case Management for Adult, Juvenile, Institution and Accounting for collection of fines and fees. Also included with this software is CE Field, CE Check-in and Pretrial Services. This contract has combined all the services that Catalis provides for Tehama County Probation.
