a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Interim Executive Director to sign the Agreement with Skyway House, Inc. for the provision of residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment to certain Tehama County residents, with the maximum compensation not to exceed $100,000 per fiscal year, and a total maximum compensation not to exceed $300,000, effective 7/1/26 and shall terminate 6/30/2029 (Subject to receipt of required insurance documentation)

Financial Impact:
Costs will be paid utilizing 2011 Realignment funds allocated for medically necessary services and/or Behavioral Health Services Act funds. No General Fund dollars are involved.
Background Information:
This is a renewal Agreement with the vendor to provide residential treatment services to residents of Tehama County. If this Agreement is not authorized, Tehama County clients who are currently receiving services, and those who need to do so in the future may find it difficult to obtain placement in another program of this type.
