On February 5, 2026, the Public Health Advisory Board (PHAB) voted and unanimously approved, to accept the application of Matthew Sanchez. We recommend that the Board of Supervisors accept the appointment of Matthew Sanchez as alternate for voting member Elaina Silva, representing the Tehama County Department of Social Services, for the remainder of Eliana Silva’s three (3) year term, expiring on 6/30/28.
