Financial Impact:
The Department has sufficient fiscal year funding in Road Fund 3011-53140. There will be no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works’ previous agreement for janitorial services expires on December 31, 2025. Peerless has provided services to the location since 2021, and the Department would like to enter into a new agreement for continued services through December 31, 2026.
