Financial Impact:
There will be no financial impact to the General Fund. The funds are being transferred from a Non-General Fund Special Revenue Fund.
Background Information:
On 2/3/2026 the Purchasing Department advertised for one (1) bid for a new three-quarter ton extended cab standard bed pickup truck. At bid opening on 2/13/2026 the Purchasing Department received five bids with Red Bluff Dodge being the lowest responsive bid.
Not approving the requested action would not allow us to replace an aging, high mileage and high repair cost vehicle.
