a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Purchasing agent to sign the utility agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Company, for the Corning Veterans Hall Remodel Project for the purpose of providing gas and electricity for a maximum compensation of $57,579.30, effective upon signing and shall terminate upon completion of the project

Financial Impact:
This project is partially funded through Tehama County’s allocation of American Rescue Plan Act funds and two Federal Community Project Funding grant awards. The anticipated costs for this project are fully covered by these funding sources.
Background Information:
This project is for the renovation and improvements to the Corning Veterans Memorial Hall, constructed in 1933. This project will keep the building functional and bring some aspects to current standards.
