APN’s 061-410-002, 061-180-078, 061-150-083, 061-410-002. Williamson Act Contract No. 684 is approximately 82.49 acres. Williamson Act Contract No. 271 is approximately 5.71 acres. The property is currently zoned AG-2; Agriculture/Valley District. The State Department of Conservation was notified on September 3, 2026, and comments were received. Therefore, we request acceptance for a Partial Non-renewal.
