Background Information:
As part of our DWR approved groundwater sustainability plans the district has agreed to create a demand management program prior to January 1, 2026. The attached is he outcome from the Demand Management Working Group discussions. Also attached is legal review, technical information and input from Tehama County Farm Bureau.
