Background Information:
The State provides funding for the local health jurisdiction to ensure a coordinated effort and case management for the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program (CHDP). This letter serves as each local program's approved state CHDP administrative budget and enables each local program to use this letter to develop its budget. If not approved, the department would not have the necessary resources to coordinate these public health programs for the community.
