c) RESOLUTION - Request adoption of a Resolution accepting the Report and authorizing the Executive Director of Sanitation District No.1 Board of Directors to take necessary steps to collect the delinquent sewer fees on the upcoming tax roll

Financial Impact:
This Resolution will allow more efficient collection of past due fees, thereby increasing the operating budget. Delinquent fees are in the amount of $41, 202.11.
Background Information:
The addition of the delinquent sewer fees to the tax roll will provide a more reliable way for collection of payment and save the District time and budget versus hard copy mailing and repeated phone call follow-up.
