body

Financial Impact:

Costs are budgeted using salary and benefit savings due to vacant positions.

Background Information:

The Health Services Agency has been utilizing temporary employees from Express Employment Professionals to temporarily fill unexpected or hard to fill vacancies. The temporary employees assist the Agency in day-to-day operations. This Amendment No. 4 is to increase the maximum compensation not to exceed amount due to multiple long-term vacancies. The termination date of the agreement is also being extended by 3 months to allow TCHSA to re-evaluate job class specifications in order to be compliant with the new minimum wage requirements according to California Senate Bill 525.
