Financial Impact:
Appropriations for ongoing maintenance have been included in the proposed budget for $117,000, and another $28,000 will be included in the adopted budget for FY 26/27 and will be paid out of 1073-531702 General Services.
Background Information:
The Megabyte Property Tax System Agreement calls for an increase in the annual maintenance rate by the Pacific Cities and U.S. City Average Consumer Price Index which was 2.7% for the month ending December 2025.
