Background Information:
A letter of support for this project was previously approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 8, 2022. The original grant application for this project was submitted to the Bureau of Reclamation but was not selected for funding. Subsequently, the Resource Conservation District (RCD) of Tehama County resubmitted the same project to the Wildlife Conservation Board (WCB), where it has been selected for funding. As part of the WCB award process, the Wildlife Conservation Board has requested that this letter be updated to reflect WCB as the addressed funding agency.
